Metals shipping and delivery — Shipping location and destination
A USA-based company identity does not establish the origin or dispatch point of every material. The quotation confirms the offered country of origin where required, dispatch arrangement and destination. Do not assume material is held in a USA warehouse unless confirmed in writing.

Lead time and availability
Catalog inclusion is not a stock allocation. The offer states the shipment or delivery estimate and its starting conditions, such as order acceptance, payment receipt, production or documentation review. We do not publish a single delivery promise for all materials.

Freight and delivery terms
Freight cost, packaging, insurance, service level and any Incoterm are stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Responsibilities for export, import, duties, brokerage and unloading depend on the agreed terms and applicable law.

Technical and transport requirements
Special packaging, compatible containers, dangerous-goods handling or temperature arrangements are assessed for the specific material. Buyers should disclose receiving restrictions, required documents and unloading limitations before shipment. Only agreed transport services are included in the offer.

Delivery updates and delays
If an agreed shipment schedule cannot be met, we will communicate the available options, including a revised schedule or cancellation and refund where required. Any legally required consent to a delay will be requested. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights are preserved.

Tracking and receiving documents
Tracking references or freight documents are provided when available for the agreed transport method. Inspect packages, quantities and accompanying documents on receipt. Record visible damage with the carrier where possible and retain packaging and photographs for investigation.

Damage, shortage or nonconformity
Report an issue promptly to info@galliumgloballlc.com with the order reference, delivery date, photographs, package labels and a clear description. An investigation or return request should not involve opening unsafe containers or handling material without the applicable precautions. See the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Collections & returns
Collections and returns address
Collections, warehouse visits, delivery appointments and returns require advance written arrangements. Do not send goods to the company mailing address unless that exact destination has been authorized for the shipment.

To prepare a shipping and delivery quotation, include the consignee name, complete destination address and postal code, receiving contact, requested quantity and packaging preference. State any appointment requirement, restricted receiving hours or unloading limitation. If your facility needs particular labels or document formats, provide those requirements with the enquiry so they can be reviewed before dispatch arrangements are confirmed.
