Review bulk supply and wholesale material requirements with Gallium Global, LLC. Define the grade, form, delivery quantities and documentation for a comparable commercial offer.

Bulk supply — Build the enquiry around your purchasing plan.
Initial bulk orders
State the material, grade, form, total quantity, packaging and destination. Include any qualification or inspection conditions.
Request a quotation →Recurring requirements
Share the expected order frequency and volume profile. Supply arrangements and schedules are confirmed for the individual requirement.
Supply & sourcing →Trial & qualification orders
Identify evaluation quantities, acceptance criteria and required documents. Trial and sample minimum order quantities vary by product and supply availability. Each product has its own trial order minimum, with quantities and payment terms confirmed in the quotation. Sheet orders are subject to whole-piece quantities and dimensions.
Quality & documentation →Metals, oxides and specialist inputs.

Make each offer comparable.
Volume enquiries are most useful when the technical and commercial requirements are considered together. A total tonnage or kilogram quantity alone may not define the actual supply needed.
Provide a clear specification and indicate which requirements are mandatory. Where alternatives are acceptable, identify the characteristics that can vary without affecting your process.
For repeat orders, communicate the expected schedule, lot sizes, packing configuration and continuity requirements. The ability to support that plan is assessed during the enquiry, not assumed from a catalogue listing.
- Material & specificationExact material, purity basis, form, critical impurities and tolerances.
- Volume profileInitial quantity, repeat frequency and expected lot sizes.
- Acceptance & documentsQualification, sampling, inspection and traceability requirements.
- Commercial scopeDestination, packing, requested term and payment expectations.
- Release scheduleSeparate firm shipment quantities from forecasts, and state when each release needs written confirmation.
Confirmed in the quotation and proforma invoice.
Prices, availability, minimum order quantities and the agreed delivery scope are confirmed for the proposed supply. Standard bulk terms are 60% against proforma invoice, 30% against shipping documents, and 10% within five business days after the goods arrive. Payment follows the milestones confirmed in the accepted quotation. Any different terms must be expressly agreed in writing.
The agreed delivery term should name the relevant destination or place. Freight, insurance, taxes and clearance responsibilities depend on that term and the written offer.
Origin and documentation are material-specific. If your purchasing policy restricts particular countries of origin or requires an audit, independent inspection or certificate, raise it before the order is agreed.
Do not send payment based on an unverified change of bank details. Use the company’s established contact channels to confirm invoice and beneficiary information.

Plan repeat orders with a clear specification.
For bulk supply, distinguish the total project requirement from the quantity needed in each delivery. A forecast helps us review the enquiry; it does not reserve stock, fix future prices or create a delivery commitment.
Define the first shipment
List the qualification lot, initial production quantity, material form, unit packing and requested receiving date. Identify any test or document review needed before release.
Describe repeat demand
Provide the expected monthly or quarterly requirement, preferred lot size and proposed delivery locations. Flag any acceptable grade or packaging alternatives for separate review.
Set acceptance criteria
State critical impurities, sampling methods, dimensional tolerances and the documents required with each lot. Agree how specification revisions and proposed substitutions will be reviewed.
Compare offers on the same basis: product specification, quantity, packing, named Incoterm and place, document scope, payment milestones and quotation validity. Manufacturing country and dispatch point should be confirmed for the offered material.
