Secondary materials need a clear description of both metal content and physical condition. Identify the grade or specification reference and the features that will determine acceptance.
State allowable contamination, coatings, attachments, moisture and non-metal content where relevant. Include size, preparation and loading requirements rather than relying only on a broad trade name.
